Early Influence
Her connection to the business began early. Growing up, Gina often accompanied her mother, a respected real estate broker, to open houses. While quietly reading or coloring in the corner, she listened carefully to conversations between agents and buyers, absorbing the nuances of real estate transactions long before she formally entered the profession. Those early experiences sparked a lifelong interest in the industry and shaped her understanding of how financing plays a critical role in helping people achieve their goals.
Professional Career
Gina began her professional career in real estate in 1995 after moving to Virginia Beach from the West Coast. Over the years, she developed extensive experience across both real estate and mortgage lending, giving her a well-rounded perspective that benefits her clients throughout the entire process. Today, she works with homebuyers, homeowners, real estate investors, and business owners to structure financing that supports both immediate needs and long-term financial goals.
As a military spouse for 20 years, Gina also gained firsthand experience with the challenges of relocation. Having navigated multiple moves herself, she understands how important dependable guidance, clear communication, and careful planning can be during major life transitions.
Gina holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and a Master’s degree in English Literature, and she completed three years of legal study through the Virginia Law Reader Program. This academic background sharpened her analytical approach to lending and strengthened her ability to evaluate complex financial scenarios with precision.

Personal Life
Outside of her professional work, Gina enjoys spending time with her family, playing golf, volunteering, cheering on the LSU Tigers, and enjoying life along Florida’s beautiful Gulf Coast.
